摘要
本文以尿素为载体制备氟苯尼考固体分散体,以产物溶解度大小作为考察指标。在各单因素考察的基础上进行正交优化实验,得出最佳处方,并用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法对样品进行鉴定与含量测定。方法:该处方可使主药溶解度增溶到4.579mg·mL-1,约比原药溶解度增加3.2倍。目的:制备的氟苯尼考固体分散体有比较好的增溶效果,且工艺简练,成本低廉。
Making solid dispersion by the melting method with the carrier of carbamide to get solubilization.The best prescription was obtained by orthogonal experiment on the base of single factor research. The method of appraisement and content measurement was established by UV and HPLC.The results showed that the florfenicol can be resolved to the extent of 4.579 mg·mL^-1, which is 3.2 times of raw material florfenicol, and it is easy to make and cheaper.
