摘要
目的:探讨5-羟色胺及5-羟色胺受体阻断剂麦角新碱对大鼠实验性胃溃疡愈合的影响。方法:采用Okakars改良法建立Wistar大鼠胃溃疡模型,分组腹膜腔注射5-羟色胺、麦角新碱。于给药后第14天进行病理检查。结果:5-羟色胺组溃疡区炎症反应较重,毛细血管及成纤维细胞较少;麦角新碱组毛细血管床密度降低。两实验组溃疡面积、容积均大于盐水对照组。
Objective: To study the influence of 5 hydroxytryptamine and 5 hydroxytryptamine receptor antagonist(ergonovine)on experimental gastric ulcer healing. Methods: Rat gastric ulcer model was established by modified Okakars method.Pathological examination was made 14 days after 5 hydroxytryptamine or ergonovine was injected peritoneally. Results: The ulcer area of 5 hydroxyptamine group showed severe inflammatory reaction.The density of capillary bed and the number of fibroblast decreased.The density of capillary bed in the ulcer area of ergonovine group decreased.The ulcer and voume of the 2 experimental groups were bigger than those of saline group. Conclusion: Exogenetic 5 hydroxytryptamine or ergonovine is unfavorable for ulcer healing.
