大黄对IL-1和IL-2产生的影响

THE EFFECT OF RHEUM OFFICINALE BAILLON ON THE PRODUCTION OF IL 1 AND IL 2

目的：检测大黄水提取物对ＩＬ－１和ＩＬ－２产生的影响，以研究大黄的免疫抑制作用机理。方法：将小鼠分实验组与对照组，大黄水提取物灌胃后，用胸腺细胞增殖法和脾淋巴细胞增殖法检测ＩＬ－１和ＩＬ－２。结果：与对照组相比，实验组ＩＬ－１和ＩＬ－２产生能力明显下降。

Objective :To examine the effect of water extract of Rheum Officinale Baillon(ROB) on the production of IL 1 and IL 2,and study the mechanism of immunosuppression of ROB. Methods :The mice were divided into control and test groups.After the stomach was filled with water extract of ROB,the IL 1 and IL 2 were tested by thymocyte proliferation method and spleen lymphocyte proliferation method. Results :Compared with control group,production of IL 1 and IL 2 in test group decreased significantly. Conclusion: Immunosuppressive effect of ROB is correlated with its inhibition of IL 1 and IL 2 production.
