炼化企业防腐蚀信息化管理系统的研发与展望 被引量:4

摘要 归纳分析国内炼化企业防腐蚀信息化管理系统的研发状况。与国外相比,国内的防腐蚀信息化还处于企业内部腐蚀监检测数据管理的开发阶段,存在系统优化力度不够、数据分析处理和专家系统功能简单、软件更新升级不及时和应用故障率高等问题。文章对系统的发展进行了展望:软件系统的研发必须紧跟企业实际生产需要,不断完善,持续改进。从企业局部向全方位腐蚀信息管理发展,从简单的数据管理向具有腐蚀预测功能发展;借鉴国外石油公司经验,建立广泛数据信息网,实现资源共享,开展腐蚀规律研究,开发专家系统及远程腐蚀诊断系统。同时,把防腐蚀管理系统的研发纳入设备信息化管理及炼化企业信息化管理体系的建设中去,为炼化企业实现数字化、信息化管理奠定基础。 In this paper, the research & development situation of anti-corrosion management system in petrochemical industry is generalized. Compared with foreign countries, our management system still focuses on corrosion monitoring data management and there exist many problems: system integration is not enough, data analysis and expert system are simple, software update is not in time and a high failure rate occurs in practical application. It is pointed out that the software research & development must constantly follow the actual requirements, from local to all-round corrosion information management, from simple data management to having a data prediction function. A wide data information network should be established to share resources, to study corrosion law, and to develop expert and long-range corrosion diagnostic systerrL Furthermore, anti-corrosion management system should be included into the construction of equipment information management and refinery information management to establish the foundation for constructing the digitatized and informationized petrochemical industry.
