摘要
渤海旅大油田三个采油平台的水源井水处理系统中LD10-1、LD5-2平台发生了严重的局部腐蚀,而LD4-2平台未发生腐蚀。通过对旅大油田各平台水源井水处理系统的水质、流速、腐蚀现状、腐蚀因素等对比分析,推断旅大油田水源井水处理系统管线的腐蚀是由于水流速较大,同时管线内部不平而导致的流体诱导局部腐蚀(FILC)。根据分析结果,提出了解决方案。
Lv-da(LD) offshore oilfield in Bohai bay has three drilling and production platforms which are LD10-1, LDS-2 and LD4-2. Severe localized corrosion occurred in source water system of LD5-2 and LD10-1 platforms; and no corrosion appeared in the system of LD4-2. From comparison and analysis of the water quality, flow rate, corrosion status, corrosive factor and corrosion product and so on, it is deduced that the reason of corrosion failure in LD offshore oilfield is FILC (flow induced localized corrosion) caused by high flow rate and accidented welding line in internal surface of pipeline. Some solution approaches against FILC are recommended.
