摘要
应用宏观形貌、化学成分分析、电子探针能谱分析、X射线衍射技术、扫描电镜观察分析等手段,分析了某石化公司常减压装置空冷器腐蚀失效原因。结果表明:空冷管腐蚀类型为起源于内壁的H2S-HCl-H2O环境造成的不均匀的全面腐蚀。对防护措施提出了建议。
The corrosion failure reasons of an air cooler in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit were analyzed. by using macroscopic appearance observation, chemcal analysis, energy spectrum analysis, X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscopy observation. The results indicated that the mode of the air cooler corrosion was asymmetrical general corrosion induced by HCl-H2 S-H2O environment. Some countermeasures are suggested.
