根据复合标底的概念和特征,对复合标底的评标办法进行了诠释。根据报价时业主标底和各投标人报价的随机性问题,提出用相应的数学期望值来代替定值分析计算,并进行了实证分析,对施工单位投标策略制定有一定指导意义。

According to the concept and characteristics of composites of composite bidding, the interpretation is made for the bidding evaluation approach. According to the random problems of base price of owners and the price bidders＇ offer, the author proposed the corresponding mathematical expectation to replace the valuation analysis and calculation, and conduct an empirical analysis, which has certain significance for the bidding strategy in the development and construction units.
