天柱番鸭体尺及屠宰性状的测定与分析

Measurement and Analysis of Body Size and Carcass Characters on Tianzhu Muscovy Duck

为了研究天柱番鸭体尺及屠宰性状间的相关性,对成年天柱番鸭的体重、体尺和屠宰性状进行了测定,并对测定的指标进行分析,结果表明:天柱番鸭的活体重与体尺及体尺性状各指标间相关性极显著,体重和屠宰性状各指标间显著或极显著相关。

Body weight, body measurement, and body carcass characters of adult ducks were measured and analyzed on Tianzhu muscovy duck to study the correlation of body measurement and carcass character. Results indicated that there was significant correlation among body weight and all other body measurement characters, there was correlation or significant correlation among body weight and all other carcass characters.
