摘要
研究了2种保鲜剂对月季切花的保鲜效应。结果表明,2种含有不同物质的保鲜剂均能不同程度地增加月季切花的鲜重和花径,改善体内水分状况,延长瓶插寿命,其中以保鲜剂1号(2%S+170mg/L青霉素+150mg/L柠檬酸+50mg/LAl2(SO4)3+5mg/L6-BA)的效果较好,且属于环保型保鲜剂。
Fresh preservation effects of two preservatives on cut rose were studied, the results showed that both two preservatives could increase fresh weigh and flower diameter, improve water balance, delay degradation of soluble protein, prolong vase-life, and the best treatment was the first preservative （2% S ＋170 mg/L penicillin ＋150 mg/L citrate ＋ 50 mg/L Al2 （SO4）3 ＋ 5 mg/L 6-BA）, it was environmentfriendly.
