摘要
阐述了土地产权及其历史演进,从土地流转的主体是农户、土地流转的客体是一定期限的承包经营权等10个方面分析了土地流转中亟待厘清的问题,并从土地流转变土地流失、土地流转变土地兼并、农民变"流民"3个方面论述了土地流转的可能后果。
The paper expounds the definition of land property and its evolution history, analyzes the problems in rural land circulation from ten aspects of farmer households, contract operating right and so on, and discusses the possible results of land loss, land annexation and farmers without land in rural land circulation.
