根据相关资料分析,我国城镇居民消费在食品、衣着方面支出比重明显偏高,消费结构严重不合理。表明城镇居民在消费观念上存在着温饱知足、小富即安,无钱花不起、有钱不敢花等问题。各地政府部门应从影响城镇居民消费需求的财富及其拥有方式和速度、自然环境和商家经营行为、消费观念与消费方式、社会保障制度及金融制度等因素入手,采取改善商品供给结构,完善社会保障体系,调整产业结构,加速经济的市场化步伐等对策,以促进城镇居民消费健康发展。

According to related materials, the proportion of food and clothing expenses is obviously higher for consumption of Chinese urban residents and the consumption structure is unreasonable seriously. It means that there exist the problems of satisfying with adequate food and clothing, prudent expenses in consumption eoneept of urban residents. Henee, starting from the factors of forttme affecting consumption demand of urban residents and its owning method and speed, natural environment and business behavior, consumption concept and method, social security system and financial system, etc., the local government should take the strategies of improving supply strueture of commodity, perfecting social security system, adjusting industrial structure, and speeding up the pace of economic marketization, to promote healthy development of consumption of urban residents.
