摘要
当前,中国电子商务交易量迅速增长,其运营模式的创新日益活跃,电子商务呈现出多层次、多元化的发展态势。但也面临着电子商务的搜索功能、安全性、商务管理、费用支出、合同法律等问题。中国政府及企业界应不断完善市场环境,规范电子商务发展秩序,逐步构建有中国特色的电子商务监管体系,加强对电子商务活动中基本要素以及整个网络经济活动的规范和管理,为电子商务提供良好的发展条件,保证电子商务正常发展。
Now the trading volume of e-commerce in China is increasing quickly, its business mode is innovating actively, and e-commerce takes multi-level and pluralism development tendency. Meanwhile, it is also faced with many problems such as search function of e-commerce, security, business management, expenditure, contract and law. Chinese government and business circles should continue to improve market environment, regulate e-commerce development market, construct e-commerce supervising system with Chinese characteristics, strengthen management on basic elements and the whole network economy in e-commerce activity, and provide better development condition for e-commerce.
