加快发展大庆地区现代农业的思考

Thoughts on Accelerating Development of Modern Agriculture in Daqing

大庆地区自然灾害较为严重,可再生资源锐减、生态环境退化,水土流失和沙漠化现象严重。目前,虽然大庆市已由传统农业发展为特色农业和生态农业,畜牧业实现了跨跃式发展,农业产业化水平有了新提高,农业基础设施日趋完善,但与现代农业的发展要求尚有差距。大庆市应进一步提升思想认识,深入挖掘发展优势,明确发展思路,实施农业可持续发展战略。同时,要提高大庆地区农村的教育水平,健全服务体系,优化政策环境,促进特色农业加快发展。

The natural disasters are serious in Daqing, an oil city in Heilongjiang Province, North of China, i.e. sharp decline of renewable resources, deterioration of ecological environment, soil erosion, and desextification. Now Daqing City has changed from traditional agriculture to characteristic and ecological agriculture, realized leap-forward development in its animal husbandry, and improved its agricultural industrialization and agricultural infrastructure. However, there exist some gaps with the development demand of modern agriculture. The city should advance recognition in thought, explore development advantages, clarify its development approach, and take sustainable development strategy in agriculture. Meanwhile, it should increase educational levels of rural area, improve service system, optimize policy environment, and accelerate development of characteristic agriculture.
