摘要 磁性复合凝胶由于是一种典型的环境敏感水凝胶,它能通过磁场来调节其刺激响应性能。这些凝胶通常将磁粒子均匀分散在凝胶网络中,在磁场作用下,在很短的时间内,凝胶能伸长、收缩或弯曲。磁性复合凝胶在人工肌肉、酶或细胞的固定、生物分离、药物控制释放和传感器等方面有许多潜在的用途。文章综述了磁性复合凝胶的制备及应用研究进展,同时对其应用前景进行了展望。 Magnetic composite hydrogel is a typical hydrogel in response to environmental stimuli, whose properties in response to environmental stimuli are controlled via magnetic field. The magnetic nanoparticles are often dispersed in the network of hydrogels. It can elongate, shrink or bend in short time under the magnetic field. Magnetic composite hydrogel can be used in diverse application, such as in making artificial muscles, immobilization of enzymes or cells, bioseparation, controlled release of drugs and sensors. The preparation and applications of magnetic composite hydrogels are reviewed in this paper. The prospect of applications is also forecasted at the same time.
