摘要
采用蓝色反应斑测定法,检测趾叶炎发生过程中正常组、造模组和各治疗组蓝斑直径和蓝斑皮片吸光度值D的动态变化.结果表明,造模组蓝斑直径和蓝斑皮片D值在免疫后14d达到峰值,而后减弱,21d后又呈现上升趋势,均极显著大于同一时相正常组(P〈0.01);各治疗组的蓝斑直径和蓝斑皮片D值均极显著小于造模组(P〈0.01).其中,低剂量治疗组小鼠同一时相的D值均极显著大于正常组(P〈O.01);中剂量治疗组小鼠除免疫后35dD值不显著外(P〉o.05),其余各时相的D值均显著大于正常组(P〈o.05);高剂量治疗组小鼠除免疫后14dD值显著外(P〈O.05),其余各时相的D值均与正常组不显著(P〉0.05).各治疗组的蓝斑直径和蓝斑皮片D值随药物浓度的提高和免疫时间的延长而逐渐减小,在免疫后14,21,28,35d蓝斑皮片D值的抑制率分别为25.44%~63.。0%,20.75%~64.15%,40.30%~73.14%,46.67%~70.00%.由此推断,Mizolastine可以显著抑制以二磷酸组织胺作为抗原诱导的小鼠血管通透性的改变.
The dynamic changes of diameters of the blue spots and OD values of blue spot skin Abs in normal group, modeling group and each curing group during the digital lobule inflammation were detected by the blue reaction spot. The results showed that the diameters of the blue spots and OD values of the blue spot skin Abs in modeling group reached peak values at the 14th day and then decreased, and rapidly increased again after the 21st day, which were extremely higher than those in normal group at the same time (P〈0.01). The diameters of the blue spots and OD values of the blue spot skin Abs in curing group were extremely less than those in modeling group at the same time (P〈0.01). The diameters of blue spots and OD values of the blue spot skin Abs in curing group with low dosage were extremely higher than those in normal group at the same time(P〈0.01); those in curing group with medium dosage were higher than those in normal group at the same time (P〈0.05) excepting at the 35th day after immunization; and those in curing group with high dosage were insignificant compared with those in normal group at the same time (P〉0.05) excepting at the 14th day after immunization. The diameters of the blue spots and OD values of the blue spot skin Abs in each curing group were gradually decreasing with the rising of medicine density and the prolonging of immune time. The inhibition rates of OD values of the blue spot skin Abs at the 14th day, the 21st day, the 28th day and the 35th day after immunization were 25.44%-63.0%, 20. 75%-64. 15%, 40. 30%--73. 14% and 46. 67%-70.0%, respectively. The conclusion was that the mizolastine could significantly inhabit histamine diphosphate as an antigen which induced the change of vascular permeability of mice.
