银川市中小学生体质下降原因的调查分析

The Analysis on Decline of Physical and Health Conditions of Students in Primary and Secondary School in Yinchuan

从2005年中国学生体质与健康调查报告中显示,自1985年以来中国学生体质健康状况呈下降趋势,特别是在近5 a学生的体质下降尤为明显.地处西部经济欠发达的银川市,也同全国一样.为了更全面地了解中小学生体质持续下降的原因,对银川市中小学生的体育活动、学习、睡眠及饮食等状况进行了问卷调查,在此基础上,分析了造成学生体质下降的原因并提出建议.

Physical Fitness of Students in 2005 and Health Survey Report shows that physical health status of Chinese students is declining since 1985, especially in the last five years of physical decline of students is particularly evident. Located in economically underdeveloped western region, Yinchuan City＇s situation is same as the country＇s, in order to understand more comprehensively about the reason of decline of physical and health conditions of students in primary and secondary school, a survey is conducted on sports activities, studying, sleeping and diet of the primary and secondary school students in Yinchuan. Based on these the reason is analysised and recommedations are put forward.
