随着中国加入WTO,世界经济贸易一体化格局的形成,传统的非关税壁垒被逐步削减,绿色贸易壁垒以其鲜明的时代特征日益成为国际贸易发展的主要关卡。应对绿色贸易壁垒,我国应加强宣传教育,顺应绿色潮流,提高环境意识;积极推进环保产业的发展,并将环保纳入外贸发展战略;还要加强与环境有关的认证工作。

with China＇s accession to WTO and the integration of world＇s economic and trade, the traditional non-tariff barriers were gradually reduced, the green trade barriers with its distinctive characteristics of the development of international trade has increasingly become a major hurdle. These are the problems our country at this stage to explore and solve to deal with the green trade barriers on China＇s international trade market barriers, to use the green trade barriers and to establish China＇s green line.
