小柴胡汤临证运用浅析

"寒热并用"作为一种重要的中医治疗疾病法则,迄今为止,有效地指导着中医临床实践。所谓寒热并用,即以药物之间不同的气味为根据,以治病为目的,而将寒性药物与热性药共处一方的配伍方法。小柴胡汤以苦寒之柴胡、黄芩;佐以辛温之半夏、生姜;且用甘味之参、草、枣,共奏解表清里,升清降浊,通调经腑,助正达邪之功。该方为苦寒与甘温同用的典型方,系仲景所创名方之一,并且在本方基础上加减衍化的方剂尤多,被广泛适用于临床治疗中。

Combined usage of drugs with cold and hot properties,as an important treatment law of traditional Chinese medicine to date,effectively guides the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.The so-called combined use of drugs with cold and hot properties refers to a compatibility method in which drugs of cold property and drugs of hot property co-exist in one formula according to different nature and flavors of drugs,thus curing diseases.Xiao Chai Hu Decoction which uses bitter cold Chaihu and Huangqin as principal drugs,assisted by acrid-warm drugs Banxia and Shengjiang;accompanied by the sweet taste of Shen,Gancao and Dazao plays the role of relieving the exterior and clearing the interior,ascending the clear and descending the turbid,regulating the meridians and supporting the healthy qi and eliminating the evils.Xiao Chai Hu Decoction,one of the famous formulae set by Zhang Zhongjing,from which many prescriptions derive on the basis of addition and subtraction,is a typical one with combined usage of drugs with cold and hot properties and is widely used in clinical treatment.
