摘要
目的:评价河南不同产地茜草药材的质量。方法:采用中国药典(2005版)的方法进行醇溶性浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶灰分的测定;用高效液相(HPLC)色谱法测定茜草中大叶茜草素的含量。结果:不同产地茜草中总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物、大叶茜草素的含量有明显差别。结论:研究结果可作为茜草资源保护和规范化种植的依据。
Objective：To evaluate the quality of Radix Rubiae of different place in Henan province.Methods：The alcohol-soluble extracts,ash and acid insoluble ash were determined respectively by the methods issued in the Pharmacopoeia（2005 edition）of the People＇s Republic of China.Mollugin was determined by HPLC.Result：There are large various in the quanlity of alcohol-soluble extracts,ash,acid insoluble ash and mollugin in Rubia cordifolia of different place in Henan province.Conclusion：The quality of Rubia cordifolia producted in Taihang Mountain is the best in Taihang Mountain,Dabie Mountain and Funiu Mountain.
