摘要
目的:旨在了解倍他乐克联用黄芪注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选择80例心力衰竭的患者,随机分为2组:强心利尿扩血管等常规治疗为对照组40例;在常规用药治疗基础上,加用倍他乐克联合黄芪注射液治疗组40例。结果:治疗组有效率95.0%,对照组85.0%,两组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:认为倍他乐克联用黄芪注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭有显著效果。
Objective：This study aimed at understanding the efficacy of Metoprolol combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods：This study examined 80 cases of heart failure patients who were randomly divided into two groups：cardiac diuretic vasodilator and other conventional treatments for the control group of 40 patients.On the basis of conventional drug therapy,plus astragalus injection combined with metoprolol treatment group of 40 patients.Results：The total effective rate was 95.00%（38 cases）and the control group 85.00%（34 cases）,there were significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Metoprolol combined with astragalus have significant effect in the treatment of congestive heart failure.
