调脂保肝汤联合西药治疗非酒精性单纯脂肪肝50例

Treating 50 Cases of Nonacohol Haplo-Fatty Liver with Tiaozhi Baogan Decoction with Western Medicine

目的:观察调脂保肝汤治疗非酒精性单纯脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将100例符合诊断标准的患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组40例。对照组应用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟调脂保肝汤,1个疗程后比较结果。结果:治疗组临床痊愈、显效、有效、无效分别为24例、26例、6例、4例,有效率93.3%;对照组分别为8例、14例、6例、12例,有效率70.0%。两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:调脂保肝汤治疗非酒精性单纯脂肪肝疗效确实,无明显毒副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Nonacohol Haplo-Fatty Liver with Tiaozhi Baogan Decoction.Methods：100 cases who consistent with diagnostic code were divided into two group according to random digits table,60 csase in treatment group,40 cases in control group,the control was treated in Western Medicine,The treatment was treated with Tiaozhi Baogan Decoction on the basis of the control,compared result after 1 course of treatment.Results：The recovery is 24 cases,the excellenc is 26 cases,the effective is 6 cases,the inefficiency is 4 cases in treatment group,the total effective rate is 93.33%,8 cases,14 cases,6 cases,12 cases in control group,and the total effective is 70.0%,there were significance about the total effective of two groups by χ^2 analysis in post-treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is definite that the curative effect of Tiaozhi Baogan Decoction on Nonacohol Haplo-Fatty Liver,having no obviouse toxic and side-effect,it is worth to spread in clin.
