中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎临床研究

The Clinical Observation of Combination of Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine on Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨在西药治疗急性轻症胰腺炎的基础上,联合自拟胰腺炎方的临床疗效。方法:将46例急性轻症胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各23例,对照组23例以西药综合治疗,治疗组23例在前者基础上加用自拟胰腺炎方治疗,7d为1疗程,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组显效14例,有效8例,无效1例;对照组显效7例,有效12例,无效4例。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性轻症胰腺炎疗效满意。

Objective：To approach the clinical curative effect of prescription for pancreatitis to treat acute mild pancreatitis on the basis of treatment with western medicine.Methods：46 cases were randomly divided into control and treatment group.The control was treated with western medicine.The treatment was treated with prescription for pancreatitis on the basis of control.7 days was 1 course of treatment.Results：The excellence was 14 cases,effective was 8 cases and ineffective was 1 case in the treatment and the excellence was 7 cases,effective was 12 cases and ineffective was 4 cases in the control.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese medicine with Western medicine has the satisfactory effect to treat acute mild pancreatitis.
