苓参消痞汤辨证治疗胆汁反流性胃炎80例

Differential Treatment of 80 Cases of Bile Reflux Gastritis with Ling Shen Xiao Pi Decoction

目的:观察苓参消痞汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:160例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用苓参消痞汤加减,对照组采用西药治疗,30d为1疗程。结果:治疗组80例的有效率为87.5%,对照组的有效率为72.5%。结论:参苓消痞汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎有较好的临床效果。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Ling Shen Xiao Pi Decoction in treating bile reflux gastritis.Methods：160 patients were divided into treatment group and control group;treatment group were given Ling Shen Xiao Pi Decoction while the control group were treated with western medicine,30d for a course of treatment.Results：The effective rate of 80 cases in the treatment group was 87.5% and the control group,72.5%.Conclusion：Ling Shen Xiao Pi Decoction has better clinical effects in treating bile reflux gastritis.
