通腑汤灌肠对腹部术后恢复肠道功能的疗效观察

Observation of Intestinal Function Recovery after Abdominal Operation by Using Herbal Enema

目的:探讨中药通腑汤灌肠在腹部术后对恢复肠道功能的疗效。方法:对45例患者采用中药通腑汤灌肠配合胃肠减压等常规治疗,与仅采用常规治疗处理的45例腹部术后患者进行比较。结果:治疗组在术后排气、排便时间与对照组术后排便时间存在显著性差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:通腑汤灌肠在腹部术后对恢复肠道功能有确切的疗效。

Object：To discuss the efficacy of herbal enema on recovering intestinal function after abdominal operation.Method：45 cases were treated by routine therapy combined with herbal enema,the other 45 cases just routine therapy,and then compared with their efficacy.Result：There was significance difference between 2 groups in defecation and venting time.Conclusion：TongFutang enema has satisfaction effect to recover Intestinal function.
