中医药综合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进展

Developemnt in Comprehensive Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis in TCM

膝关节骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,简称KOA)是一种随年龄增长而发生率逐渐增高的慢性进行性关节疾病。以缓慢发展的关节痛、僵硬、关节肿胀伴活动受限为主要临床表现。主要病变是关节软骨退变和继发性骨质增生,其病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明,现多认为与生物因素(遗传、年龄、炎症)机械性损伤造成关节软骨破坏引起膝关节生物力学改变有关。中医药治疗该病有独特优势,特别是中药内服兼中药外用疗法,因其痛苦少、疗效好而被临床广泛运用。

Knee osteoarthritis is a common joint disease which incidence rising along with age.The main clinical manifestations are slow developing pain in knees,stiff,swelling joint with difficulty in movement.The lesions are articular cartilage degeneration and secondary hyperosteogeny.The cause and the development of the illness had not unveiled,most views point to that it is owing to the biomechanical transformation in joint cased by biological factors（genetics,age,inflammation）and mechanical injury.Chinese medicine has advantage in treating KOA,particularly oral medicinal herbs and external application.
