胃食管反流病的中医诊治进展

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese Medical Progression of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

胃食管反流病属中医"吐酸"、"吞酸"、"胃脘痛"及"嘈杂"等范畴,从中医病名、病因病机、辨证分型特点及治疗等方面对胃食管反流病进行了回顾性总结,认为湿、痰、热、气、瘀为主要病邪,与胃、脾、肝三脏密不可分。本文提出应深入探讨本病的病因病机,提出符合中医辨证理论、切合临床实际的病名诊断、辨证分型方法和标准,以便丰富和发展中医脾胃病学的内容,提高对胃食管反流病的诊断治疗水平。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease belonged to Chinese medicine category of acid regurgitation,acid swallow,epigastralgia and epigastic upset.The article had summarized retrospectively the name of Chinese medicine disease,etiology and pathogenesis and the characteristic of syndrome differ classification,and considered dampness,Sputum,stasis and qi were main pathogenic factor and had close relationship with stomach,spleen and liver.Suggesting discuss deeply the name diagnosis and the method and standard of Syndrome differ classification which accorded TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Clinical practice to Enrich and develope the content of TCM splenic-gastric disease and improved the level of diagnosis and treatment about gastroesophageal reflux disease.
