Biopesticides have many advantages such as fine selectivity, being safe to human and animal ,no harm to environment, raw materials easy getting, and rarely drug resistance. It has become new development trend of global pesticides. Concept and categories of biopesticides were introduced respectively and its development direction was analyzed. Then, development prospects of Chinese biopesticides was put forward.
