摘要
溴离子是一种油田常用的示踪剂,为准确的检测采出液中溴离子浓度,研究了酚红分光光度法检测采出液中的溴离子浓度的检测条件。通过实验确定了检测波长为591nm,检测体系pH值为4.7~5.0,酚红加入量为0.25mL,氯胺T的加入量为1.0mL,加入氯胺T后反应时间为120s,硫代硫酸钠的加入量为1.0mL,加入硫代硫酸钠后溶液放置1min即可进行检测。实验表明,回收率在96.22%~104.00%之间,可满足油田采出液中溴离子检测的需要。
The bromide ion is an usual tracer in the oilfield,.For detecting the concentration of bromide ion precisely,the test conditions for bromide ion detection by phenolsulfonphthalein spectrophotometry are studied.and determined.the detection wavelength is 591 nm,pH value of detection system is 4.7~5.0,the adding volume of phenolsulfonphthalein is 0.25 mL,the adding dosage of chloramine-T is 1.0 mL,the reaction time after adding chloramine-T is 120 s,the adding amount of sodium thiosulfate is 1.0 mL,the reaction time after adding sodium thiosulfate is 1.0 min.It is shown that the recovery is 96.22%~104.00%,this method is highly suitable for the detection of bromide ion in the oilfield produced water.
