摘要
磷酸萃取过程模拟模型,主要用于磷酸萃取生产过程的分析、研究。磷酸萃取过程模拟包括磷矿石的Fe2O3、Al2O3、MgO含量与磷矿物类型的关系,磷矿石的化学反应性质和化学加工性能与磷矿物类型和磷酸萃取工艺条件的关系,以及萃取磷酸的多元体系理论。该过程模拟证明:任何多元体系在等温等蒸气压条件下,都由若干个单位体系组成,多元体系的性质为各单位体系性质的加和;二水磷石膏转化成半水的温度,与体系能量系数呈线性相关;磷酸萃取装置生产能力和冷却效率,取决于反应温度。应用和验证结果说明磷酸萃取过程模拟模型,是一个理论研究与生产实践相结合的模型,无论是在提高装置生产能力、降低萃取磷酸杂质含量,或是降低能耗和污水排出量方面,都具有显著模拟效果和实用价值。
The phosphoric acid extraction model is principally used to analyze and study phosphoric acid extraction process,which includes the correlation between the Fe2O3,Al2O3 and MgO contents of phosphate rock and phosphate ore type,the correlation between the phosphate rock's chemical reaction property and chemical processing performance with the phosphate ore type and phosphoric acid extraction process conditions,as well as the multi-system theory of extracting phosphoric acid.The model indicates that,under isothermal and iso-vapor pressure,any multi-system is comprised of several unit system,and the properties of a multi-system is the sum of all unit system properties.The temperature of convening dehydrate phosphogypsum to semi-hydrated is in linear relation with the energy coefficient of the system;the production capacity and cooling efficiency of the phosphoric acid extraction plant depend on the reaction temperature.Application and verification results indicate that the phosphoric acid extraction model is a model combining theoretical study and production practice.It offers excellent modeling and application values to the increase of the plant's production capacity,reduction of impurity level of the phosphoric acid extraction,or reduction of energy consumption and waste water discharge.
