舒糖络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Effect of Shutangluo prescription on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察舒糖络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将60例DPN患者随机分为2组。除给予常规降糖药物外,治疗组30例予舒唐络方,对照组30例予弥可保口服。2组均3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效,肌电图检测运动神经传导速度(MNCV)及感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率50%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后MNCV、SNCV与本组治疗前及2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论舒糖络方治疗DPN疗效优于弥可保。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shutangluo prescription on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods 60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups.Besides the same measures of diet regulation,exercise,education,hypoglycemic and symptomatic treatment applied,Methycobal was administered to patients in the control group,and Shutangluo were given to patients in the treatment group.The therapeutic course was 3 months in two groups.The changes of symptoms and signs,sciatic never conduction velocity（NCV）were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Improvement of sciatic NCV in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Shutangluo prescription is more effective than Methycobal on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
