附子理中汤合丹参饮加减配合西药治疗心肾阳虚型胸痹临床观察

Observation of thoracic obstruction with deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG treated by combination of Fuzi Lizhong decoction,Danshen drink and routine therapy

目的观察在常规西药治疗基础上采用附子理中汤合丹参饮加减治疗心肾阳虚型胸痹的临床疗效。方法将68例心肾阳虚型胸痹患者随机分为2组。对照组34例予单硝酸异山梨酯及阿司匹林肠溶片口服治疗,治疗组34例在对照组基础上加用附子理中汤合丹参饮加减,均30d为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.1%,对照组总有效率88.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组治疗后各症状积分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上采用附子理中汤合丹参饮加减治疗心肾阳虚型胸痹疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of thoracic obstruction with deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG treated by combination of Fuzi Lizhong decoction,Danshen drink and routine therapy.Methods 68 patients with thoracic obstruction with deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=34）were treated by routine therapy（Isosorbide mononitrate,Aspirin）.34 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Fuzi Lizhong decoction,Danshen drink and routine therapy.The therapeutic course was 30 days in two groups.The therapeutic effect and improvement before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（97.1%）was higher than that in control group（88.2%,P0.05）.Improvement of symptoms in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Fuzi Lizhong decoction,Danshen drink and routine therapy has definite effect on the treatment of thoracic obstruction with deficiency of heart-YANG and kidney-YANG.
