芪苈强心胶囊治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭32例疗效观察

Observation of Qiliqiangxin capsule on acute myocardial infarction with heart failure

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法将64例急性心肌梗死合并心功能衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组32例,予静脉溶栓等抢救治疗,血压、心率等生命体征平稳后予阿司匹林肠溶片、硝酸甘油、卡托普利片、呋塞米片、小剂量酒石酸美托洛尔片等常规治疗;治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上予芪苈强心胶囊4粒,每日3次口服。2组均以21d为1个疗程。结果2组心功能改善总有效率、左室射血分数、心力衰竭相关临床症状、静脉利尿剂使用次数、心律失常发作次数和持续时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死合并心功能衰竭,可以更有效地改善心功能,缓解临床症状,提高左室射血分数,减少心律失常发生,且安全性好。

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and routine western medicine therapy on acute myocardial infarction with heart failure.Methods 64 patients with acute myocardial infarction with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=32）were treated by routine therapy,including intravenous thrombolysis,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Nitroglycerin,Captopril,Furosemide,and low dose Tartaric Acid＋Metoprolol.Patients in treatment group（n=32）were treated by combination of routine therapy and Qiliqiangxin capsule,4 pills,thrice a day.The course was twenty one days in two groups.Results The total effective rate of heart function improvement,left ventricular ejection faction（EF）,heart failure-related clinical symptoms,used times of vein diuretic,attack frequency and persistence time of arhythmia in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Qiliqiangxin capsule and routine western medicine therapy can effectively improve heart function,relief clinical symptoms,increase left ventricular ejection faction and decrease arhythmia on acute myocardial infarction with heart failure.
