血塞通注射液对糖尿病性心肌病患者心率变异性的影响

Influence of Xuesaitong injection on heart rate variability in diabetic cardiomyopathy

目的观察血塞通注射液对糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法将80例DCM患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组均给予二甲双胍及单硝酸异山梨酯口服,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用血塞通注射液静脉滴注,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后HRV时域及频域指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率82.5%,对照组总有效率62.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心率变异性时域及频域指标较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论血塞通注射液能明显减轻DCM患者临床症状,对DCM患者心率变异性有明显影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong injection on heart rate variability（HRV）in diabetic cardiomyopathy（DCM）.Methods 80 cases of DCM were randomly into control group,which was treated by routine therapy（Metformin and Isosorbide Mononitrate）,and treatment group,which was treated by combination of Xuesaitong injection and routine therapy.The effect and changes of HRV indexes including time domain and frequency domain were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（82.5%）was higher than that in control group（62.5%,P0.05）.There was significant difference between treatment group after treatment,before treatment and control group after treatment on HRV indexes（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Xuesaitong injection can lessen symptoms,and influence HRC of DCM patients.
