化浊通瘀法对实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血模型血浆及心肌组织内皮素含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察化浊通瘀中药对实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血模型血浆及心肌组织内皮素(ET)含量的影响,探讨化浊通瘀法对冠心病心肌缺血的作用机制。方法将50只大鼠随机分为5组,即正常组、模型组、复方丹参滴丸对照组、化浊通瘀中药高剂量组及化浊通瘀中药低剂量组,每组10只,雌雄各半。灌胃7d后除正常组外,其余4组均采用舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素,形成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察各组血清及心肌组织ET的改变。结果模型组血浆、心肌组织ET含量与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);复方丹参滴丸对照组、化浊通瘀中药高剂量组、化浊通瘀中药低剂量组血浆及心肌组织ET含量与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化浊通瘀中药高剂量组及化浊通瘀中药低剂量组血浆及心肌组织ET含量与复方丹参滴丸对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。讨论化浊通瘀法可降低大鼠急性心肌缺血模型血浆及心肌组织ET的生成和释放,保护血管内皮细胞,改善冠心病心肌缺血。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of Chinese herb with dissolving muddy and dredging blood stasis on coronary artery disease with myocardial ischemia,through observation of Chinese herb with dissolving muddy and dredging blood stasis on endothelin(ET)of serum and myocardium in rat with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into five groups,control group,model group,CDDP group,low-dose Chinese herb group and high-dose Chinese herb group.Acute myocardial ischemia model rats were established by vena sublingualis injection of hypophysin 7 days after intragastric administration.The changes of ET of serum and myocardium were observed.Results There was obvious differences between control group and model group on ET of serum and myocardium(P0.01).There was obvious differences between CDDP group,low-dose Chinese herb group,high-dose Chinese herb group and model group on ET of serum and myocardium(P0.05).There was no differences between low-dose Chinese herb group,high-dose Chinese herb group and CDDP group model group on ET of serum and myocardium(P0.05).Conclusion Chinese herb with dissolving muddy and dredging blood stasis can decrease production and releasing of ET in serum and myocardium in rat with acute myocardial ischemia,protect vascular endothelial cell.
