摘要
尾矿坝作为典型颗粒堆积多孔介质,其安全稳定运行对矿山的生产关系重大。建立了尾矿坝渗流与应力耦合的数学模型,以金山店锡冶山尾矿坝为例,分析了正常运行的工况下渗流与应力场的耦合特性,得出浸润线、变形场及应力场等尾矿坝的重要指标。通过模拟分析发现,考虑耦合情况比不考虑耦合场的渗流量增加约2%,且渗流对应力场的影响较大,由渗流所产生的渗流体积力占总应力的10%-20%。据此可全面直观地了解尾矿坝在各运行工况下的信息,为尾矿坝的稳定性分析及日常维护提供了理论依据。
Take Xiyeshan tailing dam in Jinshandian for example, mathematical model of seepage and stress coupled of tailing dam is build, analyze coupling characteristic of seepage and stress field in normal working conditions and the important indexes such as the saturation line, deformation field and stress field of the dam are obtained. In compare with the uncoupled condition, the seepage discharge of coupled condition is increased approximately 2% , And the seepage has obvious effect on the stress field. For reasons given above, the information of tailing dam in various operating conditions can be understood comprehensively and intuitively. It provides the theory basis for the stability analysis and daily maintenance of tailing dam.
