摘要
针对改造前活套控制系统硬件老化、故障率高的现状,采用PLC对整个活套控制系统进行了改造。通过对驱动电机功率进行升级,配套对应的欧陆直流调速器,并通过辅助现场触摸屏进行控制,使整个活套控制系统可以满足各种厚度钢板的生产需求。近一年的运行表明,改造后的活套控制系统稳定、可靠,完全满足钢管生产的需求。
In view of the status quo of old hardware and high fault rate of loop control system before transformation, this paper employs PLC to transform the whole loop control system. As a result of upgrading the powers of driving motors, providing complementary Eurotherm DC current governor, and conducting control on touch screen on the spot, the whole loop system can meet production demands for steel plate of various lengths. One-year operation shows that the transformed loop control system is stable and reliable and can meet the production demands of steel pipes.
