摘要
教育信仰是构成教师素质的核心要素。加强教育信仰建设具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。需要从实际出发,采取措施,确立教育信仰的共同愿景,追求的目标、学习的榜样和基本方式。
Education belief constitutes the core element of teacher quality. Strengthening education belief building has important theoretical and practical significance. Measures based on reality should be taken to establish the common desire of education belief and to set goals, examples and basic modes.
