摘要
新课改对教师素质提出了更高的要求,所以应加强对教师的职后培训。职后培训的模式主要有校本研修、集中培训、行动研究、远程网络研修等。
The New Curriculum set up higher requirements for teacher quality, so it should strengthen in-service teacher training. Training modes of employed teachers mainly involve school-based training, concentration training, action research, remote network training.
