摘要
领导力是领导者的影响力,它包括决策、执行、沟通、业务等能力。公安机关女性领导力是公安领导力的重要组成部分。近年来,公安机关涌现出来的女性领导者已经成为公安机关一道亮丽的风景线。但应看到,由于性别刻板印象、玻璃天花板现象、制度不完善等因素的影响,公安机关女性领导力开发依然存在一些问题。公安机关女性领导力开发是一项系统工程,其途径主要包括:建设有利的性别文化,加强女性领导发展的制度建设,加强女性领导者的能力建设,借鉴国外警察部门女性领导发展的经验。
