摘要
为了提高筛分效率和生产率,提出了双频振动筛分方案,建立了双频振动筛分的力学模型,对筛分过程进行了仿真计算,分析了筛面上各点的运动轨迹,研制了试验样机,进行了参数匹配的试验,并与单频振动时进行了对比试验。理论分析和试验表明:双频振动的主要参数是频率比、振幅比和双频间的相位角;较佳的参数组合是:低频频率为32 Hz,频率比为1∶3,低频振幅为2.5mm,振幅比为3∶1,初始相位差为90°。
In order to improve screening efficiency and productivity, this paper puts forward dualfrequency vibration screening program, sets up the mechanical model of dual-frequency vibration screening, makes simulation calculation of screening process, makes an analysis of the trajectories of the sieve points, develops an experimental prototype, carries out the test of the parameters match,and conducts a comparative test with the single-frequency vibration. Theoretical analysis and experiments shows that: the main parameters of dual-frequency vibration are the frequency ratio, amplitude ratio and phase angle between the dual-band; the better combinations of the parameters are: at low-frequency, the frequency of 32 Hz, the frequency ratio is 1 : 3; at low-frequency amplitude, the amplitude is 2.5 mm, the amplitude ratio is 3 : 1, the initial phase difference is 90 °. 7 tabs, 6 figs, 10 refs.
