摘要
野菜因其生态无污染、风味独特、种类繁多等特点具有独特的营养、保健价值.经济前景广阔.在云南省分布广阔,但其开发利用还存在区域性强、未被广泛认识,名称混乱、产业化程度低等问题.另外,某些野菜具有毒性、致癌性、致敏性等问题,在食用时要加以注意.针对开发利用中存在的问题提出了统一名称,突出民族性;注意保护,实现可持续发展;加强产业化开发技术研究、执行相关食品标准等建议.
Potherbs with non-pollution, special flavor and many species have of unique nutrient and healthy values as well as broad economic vision. Although they distribute extensively in Yunnan, there exist problems concerning strong regional limitation, unaccepted by the public, confused names and low industrialization. In addition, some potherbs have toxicity, cause cancer and allergy, and need to be cautioned when they are eaten. The paper proposes the measures for the problems mentioned such as stand- ardized names, ethnicity, protection, sustainable development, technique study to improve industrialization, food criteria and etc.
