摘要
介绍环境友好型城市的概念及其基本特征,论述环境友好型城市指标体系的构建原则、框架,从环境质量、污染控制、人文环境、经济环境和环境建设5个方面提出了24个指标,并对指标权重、因素集及评判集的确定方法、步骤进行了论述.
The paper introduces the concept and basic characteristics of environment-friendly city, and elaborates the principle and framework of evaluation index system. Furthermore, it proposes 24 indexes from 5 aspects in term of environmental quality, pollution control, eultural environment, economic eircumstances and construction, and discusses index weight, factors, methods and procedures for judgment collection.
