摘要
通过对牛羊与猪鸡饲料报酬率及经济性能的比较，提出了在景泰大力开发秸秆资源饲养草食畜的可行性和必要性，为灌区农业指出一条成本低、效益高的发展畜牧业、脱贫致富的生态农业途径。
By comparing the rates of feed and economic returns in cattle, sheep, pig and chicken industries, the necessity and feasibility of promoting the utilisation of local crop residue resources for raising herbivorous animals in Jingtai county were discussed in this paper. Rational utilisation of crop residues was recommended as a low-cost, highly efficient and ecologically sound way for promoting local animal husbandry, increasing farm income and preserving the environment of the irrigated crop-producing region.
