摘要
采用热变性法,研究不同的热变温度、时间以及方式对提纯羊血超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)的影响.结果表明,随着温度的升高和处理时间的延长,酶活性和杂蛋白均呈下降趋势.提纯羊血SOD的最适热变性温度为55℃,变性时间为15 min,热变方式为添加体积分数为1.5%的质量浓度为0.01 mol/L的CuCl2.
The effects of purifying SOD from sheep blood by using heating denaturation with different temperatures and at different durations and heat change methods were researched here. The results showed that with the rise of temperature and prolongation of treatment duration, both the enzymatic activity and content of other proteins decreased. The best conditions for purifying SOD from sheep blood by heating denaturation were at 55℃ and for 15 minutes and 1.5% equivalent concentration of adding volume fraction was 0. 01 mol/L CuCl2.
