摘要 对无患子(Sapindus mulorossi Gaertn)籽油成分及提取工艺进行了研究.无患子种仁油的质量分数高达40.7%,全果压榨出的油脂中油酸和亚油酸的质量分数高达62.5%.无患子籽油脂肪酸的碳链长度为C18~C22,其中C14~C20的脂肪酸占98.2%,无患子籽油作为生物柴油原料油十分理想.对比分析了无患子籽油的各种提取工艺并研究了改进的方法. The components of the seed oil of Sapindus mulorossi and the extraction techniques were researched here. The oil content of the seeds reached to 40. 7%. The oleic acid and linoleic acid in squeezing oil of all-fruit reached to 62. 5%. The carbon chain length of fatty acids of the seed oil of Sapindus mulorossi was C16-C22, in which fatty acids of C16 -C20 took 98.2%. The seed oil of Sapindus mulorossi was very good resource as bio-diesel fuel oil. Various extraction techniques for seed oil of Sapindus mulorossi were compared and the improved methods were researched.
