摘要
在Thomas-Fermi模型的框架下,研究了铁电复合隧道结中的退极化场和电势分布,分别给出了铁电与介电复合势垒、铁电和铁电复合势垒以及界面有自由电荷分布情况下的隧道结中的势垒分布,这对进一步研究铁电复合隧道结的隧穿电导以及铁电隧道结的应用是非常有意义的.
Within the framework of Thomas-Fermi model, the potential distribution and the depolarization field in ferroelectric tunnel junctions with composite barriers are investigated, and the potential distributions in ferroelectric-dielectric barrier and ferroelectric-ferroelectric barrier are given, which are very useful in the study of the tunnel conductor and the application of ferroelectric tunnel junctions with composite barriers in the future.
