摘要
以Fe_3O_4纳米粒为磁性组分,绿原酸为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯分别为功能单体和交联剂,采用多重乳液悬浮聚合法制备了绿原酸磁性印迹聚合微球,并对形态、大小、组成和磁响应性进行了表征.采用静态平衡吸附试验研究了绿原酸磁性印迹聚合微球的吸附性能,发现其对绿原酸表现出较好的吸附特异性,进一步的Scatchard分析表明存在两类不同性能的吸附位点.
Magnetic imprinting polymer microspheres (MIPs) were prepared via multiple emulsions suspension polymerization, u'sing Fe3O4, chlorogenic acid, methacrylic acid (MAA) and trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TRIM) as magnetic component, template molecule, functional monomer and cross-linker, respectively. The shape and size, composition and magnetic susceptibility were characterized. Static equilibrium adsorption study showed that MIPs had a better specific absorption property for CGA. Scatchard analysis further showed that two different adsorption sites existed in MIPs.
