摘要
对从湛江地区进出口水产品加工厂抽取的1158份冻水产品进行单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌分析,实验采用了全自动酶联荧光免疫分析仪筛选法进行了初步筛选,对分离菌株用API Listeria试剂盒进行鉴定。经检验,1158个样品中有7个样品(0.60%)为单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌阳性,另有4个(0.35%)为L.innocua,L.welschimeri和L.grayi阳性。实验中VIDAS LMO检测试剂条呈现4个假阳性,经鉴定为李斯特氏菌属中L.innocua、L.welschimeri和L.grayi,表明Vidas LMO检测试剂条存在一定的假阳性率。
This paper studies the detection of Listeria monocytogenes（LMO for short） in 1158 export and import aquatic products from Zhanjiang district. Screened by VITEK immune diagnostic assay system （VIDAS）, the strains were identified by the culture identification reagent kit for API Listeria. The result shows that there are seven Listeria positive in 1158 aquatic products; there are four（0.35%） L.innocua, L.welschimeri and L. grayi Listeria nagetive. Four false positive were detected by Vedas LMO, they were identified as L.innoeua, L. welschimeri and L.grayi, so it is easy to get false posi- tive result by Vidas LMO detection.
