如何使英语教学走进后进生

摘要 在英语教学中,我们经常会碰到一些英语学习后进生,后进生是广大教师最头痛的教育对象,也是最关注的学生群体,不少教师把提高后进生的的成绩作为最难攻克的难关。后进生不仅学习成绩差,同时还有一系列的问题产生,如:上课不注意听讲,与前后桌的同学讲话,在课堂上搞小动作,甚至扰乱课堂秩序等。因此,对教师的教学工作带来了一定的影响,从最后一名学生抓起是每个教师应尽的责任。他们也许总会让你失望。可是,我要说:老师们,每个孩子都是独一无二的,他们都是一个家庭的百分百,需要我们的信心、爱心、关心和耐心。他们需要你更多的关心,用顺乎其发展规律的活动。为他们撑起一片学习的蓝天。 In English teaching, we can bump into some English study underachiever frequently, the underachiever are the general teacher most headache education object,also is the student community which most pays attention, many teachers enhances the underachiever the result took most difficult to attack and capture difficulty. Not only the underachiever the academic record is had, meanwhile has a series of question production,for example:Attends class does not pay attention listens,speaks with around table schoolmate,practices dirty tricks in the classroom,even harasses the classroom order and so on. Therefore,has brought certain influence to teacher's teaching work, grasps from the last student is each teacher should the completely responsibility. Perhaps their general meeting lets you disappointedly. But, I must say that,Teachers, each children all are unique,they all are a family percentage hundred, needs our confidence, the compassion, the care and the patience. They need you more cares, with along its law of development activity,supports a piece of study for them the blue sky.
