摘要
合理的薪酬激励机制能有效地吸引人才、稳定人才、调动教师的工作积极性。但在目前的教师薪酬激励机制中,存在着激励制度不完善、激励机制不能真正反映教师需求层次,激励效果差等问题。因此,在以人为本的理念指导下,建立多维化、以绩效为导向的长效激励机制,对高校教师薪酬制度的构建起到积极作用。
The reasonable salary drove the mechanism can attract the talented person,the stable talented person effectively, arouses teacher's work enthusiasm. But in the present teacher salary drive mechanism,has the drive system not not perfectly,the drive mechanism cannot reflect the teacher demand level truly, the drive effect inferior question. Therefore, under the humanist idea instruction, establishes multi--dimensional, take the achievements as the guidance persistent effect drive mechanism,to university teacher salary system construction positive role.
